Whatt are the steps to a product launch?

Hey guys, Im planning a product launch soon. It will be a membership site but I need some tips.

What are the steps?

1- Creating your site's content and salesletter? Obviously you can hire people for that.

2- Find Jv partners? This step is for finding partners to promote your launch right? You also need a lot of affiliates?

3- Generating traffic to your salespage and start pre-launch (do a WSO?)

4- Launch your product.

Please help.
