Some of the affiliate systems pay the percentage each time, in which case you would reveive 50% each time minus one-half of the processing fees - of which the merchant pays the other half.

Some affiliate payout systems pay 100% every other sale, thus it works out to 50%.

I am not sure how paydotcom does thing, but I suspect it pays the 100% (less processing fees) every other time.

You were concerned about not being paid on the second and fourth sale. One way affiliate systems pay 50% is to actually pay you 100% every other sale. This works out to be the same as if they paid you 50% of each sale.

You get paid 100% on one sale, the merchant (product creator) gets paid nothing. Then on the next sale, the merchant gets 100% and you get zero.

It works out to 50% for you and 50% for the merchant after making several sales.

With Paydotcom, you get paid monthly. The payment will be, in this case, 50% of all net sales that weren't refunded.

I haven't read this entire string, but my suggestion is this! Whatever we say on here, we are NOT the owners of the product. Why are you asking us and not them? If you ask the owners of the product, then (a) you will hear it the way they intend it to be paid and (b) you will know if they subsequently don't pay that way.

If you listen to what WE say, you stand the maximum chance of us accidentally misleading you, since you will hear it through two lots of filters - what we think it means, then what you think we are telling you!

You get 50% on every sale. Level one means first tier affiliates.

Level 2 affiliates are affiliates you recruit. If they pay a level 2 commission you get a commission on those affiliates sales.
