Now, I Understand... The PayPal Slap To Your Customers...
Yesterday, I was sending a $100 payment out for something I planned to purchase, and as the payment was going through... I received an e-mail from paypal that my account had been limited, and that the payment had been subsequently taken for investigation.
I called PayPal and sorted it all out, but I had to think about something... When as a vendor, we get these kinds of things, like the payment being reversed, we tend to get mad at the consumer... But, I think it bares remembering that it's not there fault, its paypal reviewing there account.
You can bet they want the payment to work just as much as you do... So the next time, a customer has a payment reversed... Don't just blow them off as someone "disputing", remember that they may not even want this situation.
Just thought this bared mentioned.
