I recommend Tiffany Dow, but I am not sure if she has Forex on her list, but you can put in a request.

Check out the huge plr thread on the forum Just do a search.

There are many PLR sites on the net, check the domain age of the website and make sure it is more than a few weeks old, many come and go and take your money.
