How Much Traffic Do I Need?

After a week or so of concentrated effort including, an Adwords campaign, two blogs, some articles, and two videos on Youtube, I am only getting about 10 hits per day. (And only FOUR subscribers out of 105 visitors!).

I see a lot of people talking about getting "decent" traffic in the forum. What exactly IS a decent amount of traffic?

I mean, how many hits should I be gunning for to finally make ONE sale, much less being able to pay the bills?

    Traffic is very important but even more important than traffic is conversion, you need to have a page/product that converts at a decent percentage. You can have all the traffic in the world and if your conversions are poor then you won't make much money from that traffic, also do make sure that your traffic is highly targeted and that would increase your sales/signups/conversions as well.
