How to maintain mailing lists from within Outlook

Hi

I have Outlook 2010 and sometimes I mail 10 to 40 people whose emails I have gotten from a jobswebsite for example. The point is these mails go in the sent folder somewhere and I was wondering what is a good practice in Outlook to retrieve / track these email addresses for future use. For example in the future I have an offer which I want to send to these people. Is there some software that makes maintaining lists easier. ( perhaps i should learn to use the search function in Outlook )))))))))) )

So what is a good list management tool perhaps plugin for Outlook but also web tool options such as speciality web sites or some clever utilization of big-name tools like google etc.

Adding the email addresses to your Outlook contacts would probably be the easiest way. When you open up a sent email simply right click over their name or email address up the very top next to the word 'To:' and then click on 'Add to Outlook Contacts'.

You can use the option to save the sent e-mail in a different folder.

Rather than adding individual contacts, I'd recommend making a distribution list, which you can do without any add-ins or plugins in Outlook. Just drop down the "New" button list and select distribution list. This allows you to send to multiple e-mail addresses just by selecting the list.

No domain Outlooks only seem to have some Contract Group instead of Distibution Groups. So far it looks nearly useless

Storing sent mail in another folder seems neat enough though.
