Issue with MediaTraffic that I can't wrap my head around

I've been having a major issue with MediaTraffic and wanted to see if anyone with experience could explain why I'm not getting any views on my campaigns.

So here is the quick and dirty scenario:

Two campaigns were created with the same offer, but separate destinations. We added appox 30-40k unique url's into the target lists that were identical to both campaigns. After a day of not receiving one view, we saw the target outbid report showing our global bid could be the issue. So, we increased our global bid around double (close to 0.03 CPV) and still to this morning only 3 views across both campaigns. I understand how MT prioritizes targets based on string length, but the target outbid report is only parsing about 160 affecting targets that are being outbidded, which is an insignificant percentage to affect global traffic to campaigns.

I'm thinking now it might be that we had two campaigns with the same target list and there is some conflict of priority between them since they all have the same bid. So what I did just now is deactivated one campaign and see if that might be the issue. I realized that I should have used just one campaign with a second destination so I hope the issue is minor. I'll be talking to my rep from MT today to find out more, but what do you guys think? :confused:

I do appreciate your suggestions, perhaps someone has made a similar mistake..
