What is the best way generate a 1,000 qualified visitors to a site in 30 days?

Define "best".

Quickest would be PPC.

Cheapest would be article marketing/seo.

Write Articles and create videos promoting your site.

I would say publish 15 or twenty articles using a service such as Unique Article Wizard, and then make video versions of the articles and submit to half a dozen or so video sites. Of course, this also depends somewhat on what subject area you are trying to build traffic for.

  If the only criterion is that they be qualified, probably the best way is to buy an ad in the local evening news on both TV and radio.
  
  Not trying to be silly here, but if cost is not the issue, this is probably a pretty good way to do it.
  
  Or if you can't do that, buy remaindered newspaper ad space. that can get some major activity.
