How to get refund from WSO

After buying a WSO , I don't like it. I asked a refund from PM, and twice at his thread. One asking him to reply my PM, and one asking for a refund. It seems like everyone is ignoring me. How can I have my money back. His thread has lots of view, so I assume he is a popular guy here.

Was there a refund policy in the WSO post? If so what is it?

Often when a new and popular WSO starts the author is inundated with pm's and emails. So if it has net been 48 hours, try being a little patient.

If it has been a few days and there was a 100% money back guarantee with no questions asked, then try making another post in the WSO thread stating you are waiting for a refund. If that does not work, you can always go through Paypal resolutions.

    Hope that helps.

If they don't respond to you post a visitor message, but you cannot call them out in the public forum. Give them a few days, not everyone can respond instantly.

If there's no stated refund policy, then it's up to the seller if they want to refund you or not.

If there is a stated refund policy, and you qualify for a refund, and the seller isn't giving you one or is ignoring you, then open a ticket with the Help Desk. Don't start threads about this sort of thing.
