Anyone familiar with rapbank stats?

Hey all,
To say I know a thing or two about affiliate programs is something of an understatement but I'm new to rapbank and a couple of things aren't making sense at the moment.

I have an old affiliate link somewhere promoting a product that uses rap but it is not a rapbank affiliate link. The rapbank system however, shows that I'm promoting that product.

Two or three new links that I put up in the past several days that ARE through the rb system are not showing in my stats though, even though I have tested the links. I tested with different browsers so there shouldn't be cookie issues, and I've tested 2-3 days so it shouldn't be due to a delay in stats updating.

So... any clue why the old link shows in my rb stats and why the new ones aren't registering as having clicks in the "products I'm promoting" list?

Thanks in advance,
Kathy

    Hi Kathy,

Regarding the product that is showing, so long as you're using the same PayPal email address, we recognize all your sales on products listed on RAP Bank, whether via the traditional RAP affiliate link or our go-links.

As for the new products you're promoting not showing yet, please see...

FAQ: Why is a product I'm promoting not showing stats in the Affiliate Center?

Hope that helps. All sounds well and normal.

    Excellent! Thank you so much

FYI the FAQ link on the yellow bar at the top of the affiliate center leads here: * FAQ*by*RAP Bank and that one doesn't have the same q&a list your link does.

You are correct about that. The main FAQ definitely has a different set of questions than the one on the helpdesk. This may be one we want to port over so it's more easily found. Thanks.

Speaking of RAPBank, how long does it usually take for a product to get approved?

Products are usually approved within 24-48 hours, excluding the weekend (they're sometimes approved even then, but no guarantee).
