Ebook ecover?

I'm pretty much a newbie when it comes to photoshop. But I was able to end up with something decent after about an hour.

Which of the 2 ecovers do you think is better?

    Hi Ruchir,

    Number one by a long shot.

    You do however need to drop a shadow
    or do something else to that text to
    separate it from the image in the
    background.

    The text and image blend too much.

    Makes it hard for old folks like me to read.

      Funnily enough, I much prefer the second one. I find the bomb reference of the first one an immediate turn off.

      I agree with working on the text. If you reduce the size of the cover in any of the marketing it will be very hard to read it.

      You could do some split testing - run both versions of the cover on the ads and see if one converts better. I'm sure that the results would be interesting.
