Where can I get a Script that ranks service professionals?

Specifically, a script that allows people to sign up to do work with you but also allows the client to rank the professionals work? For example, if a ghost writer signed up to work for us we want to be able to have the client rank the ghost writers work. OBVIOUSLY, the client will not know its a ghost writer but would think it would be our company who wrote the article.....same with other professionals like graphic designers ect...
