Hello Warriors,
We're looking for a some system where by it can accept orders and create a ticket automatically after the payment is made which the buyer can update with order details and we can process and track all in one backend control panel.

Do you happen to know of any such services?

Thanks,
Benjamin

Ps. Currently e-junkie processes our payment but they don't create a ticket. I need a system where I can see all tickets at once which is not replied to and which is flaged which is delivered etc.

It gets very cluttered in our inbox with the # of orders are receive daily and it's a drag to sort through the # of emails we do daily. Would be nice to reserve the email for direct client contact and inquiries and ticket system for order updates.

Additionally I notice my emails are getting bounced sometimes because of the volume.

Any suggestions? I am considering HESK but is there any other system that is more completed perhaps one that can update the status of each order instead of just a ticketing system

I was just going to mention HESK. It is not one I have used as a product/website owner however it is one I have used as a customer. One of the guys who runs a very popular WSO in this forum uses that help desk to keep you updated on backlink campaigns he is conducting for you. It seemed to work well from a customer stand-point.

Thanks very much for your feedback.Yeh we're looking for a ticketing system as well as our inbox is getting flooded with emails. The current system we get results in about 4-5 emails per order and thus as you can see it quickly adds up.

NIce to hear that hesk works. I think we might give it a try. For a customer do they get notification when their order is completed as well are we able to attach files in responses? Also do you automatically get a ticket opened when you purchase or do you have to open it yourself?

        Thanks

As I said, I have only used this as a customer. I can see that there is an option for files to be attached to messages. I got a notification when my order was completed but obviously that is something that you as the product owner would have to send. I am sure like most helpdesk systems you could have pre-written responses so all you would need to do is press send when you've completed an order.

I'm not sure about your last question. When I ordered they gave a link for the helpdesk and we were asked to enter our project details in there such as keywords and urls. That obviously creates the ticket and they then responded to those tickets.

I have never really worked with anything like this, but here's my suggestions:

    1. WHMCS - The Complete Client Management, Billing & Support Solution
    2. Web Based Help Desk Software | Support Ticket System | Zendesk.com

    Best of luck.
