Free traffic system (FTS) - Can anyone help please!

Hello!

I have recently subscribed to FTS and have started receiving posts to my blog (so far the content and links are OK). I have the following questions:

Do you put people's posts in a specific folder or do you leave them on the front page of your blog?
Once someone has posted an article to my blog, can I use it for my own purposes (ie put it in an ebook?)
Do you get good traffic by submitting spinned articles to FTS?

I would like to receive replies from people who are currently successfully using Free Traffic System.
