90,000 Exact Searches A Month
I found a domain which has amazing potential.
I'm pretty jazzed. It's the .org of a phrase which gets 90k exact searches a month, 240k broad.
To make matters even more exciting is I think it has to be a profitable niche. I'm happy. 
Oh and did I mention the competition is low? 
(HINT - if the .org or .net is available, the competition is probably low)
I found the exact same thing a month ago, a very high traffic phrase and I quickly went out and got the .org and .net. I'm already on page 1 of google for the term.
Just wanted to share. And no, it's not the tax relief niche. That niche is completely OWNED. There's more tax relief lawyers than people who need tax relief. Hah.
