Should we write articles on health?

Most of us here are Internet Marketers. Most of us are probably not related to medical or health organization / practice / studies.

Our knowledge on a health topic is limited to what we read online or in books or our personal experiences. How authoritative are these sites and books? Should we write articles on any niche in health specially when these articles may affect health of another person. Is it ethical?

IT is totally ethical, as long as you don't pretend to be an expert and guarantee results.
I always phrase my contents accordongly. I never claim to "FIX" people's problem.
Instead, I say that the service I provide may aid them.
No one, and I mean NO ONE , can promise something in the health niche, there's just no magic bullet when it comes to health. Nothing is 100% bullet proof. You need to be very careful, or you could get sued.
I'm not trying to scare you or anything, as I see my post appears a bit harsh, I'm just trying to emphasize the importance of proper phrasing in the health niche.

It is fine to write about any topic, including health. Just be sure you carefully quote reliable sources, make no false or questionable claims, and always disclaim by saying you are not a doctor or a health professional.

I agree with you. However do the writers tell their readers in advance that they are not experts? Do they clearly tell them what is the source of this information?

i just tell them that these are my "personal" tips... i do add that they should consult and expert and get a proper diagnosis. (its not necessary though)

I always add disclaimer at the bottom of the site that you should always concern your doctor before following any routine/diet.
