Warriors, You Should Have a 'Sorry to See You Go Page'

An idea I came up with and I thought it would be nice to share them here. If you are running your IM business with a mailing list, you will know that unsubscribers are part of life. However, you can keep the unsubscribers rate low by implementing a 'Sorry to See You Go' Page.

In my page, I include ALL my existing mailing list and urge them to view any of the mailing list they are interested in (hopefully they will join my list again).

The key here is to deliver different information in different lists because they may be interested in the information of the other list rather than the one they opt in for.

You can see the example here and if you have any ideas to enhance this page, feel free to comment too.

Thanks Roderick, this seems like a pretty good idea which I've yet to implement.

Have you already written up a series of autoresponder emails for the 4 different lists which I'd assume promote various related affiliate products? (of course the 'become our affiliate' list would be slightly different in terms of content).

I have created autoresponders for 2 of the mailing list. I am writing the other 2 soon.

Those who sign up for my affiliate marketer mailing list will only receive announcements when I publish new products.

Well, I'd suggest writing up the series of emails for the other 2 as quickly as you can. I'd also highly suggest having at least 7-10 autoresponder messages in your queue for all 4 lists (try to insert some more as time goes by).

This seem to be a good ideal, I'm just starting to do emails for my future subscriber, although I do not have so many list of emails to write, but still the "sorry to see you go" strategy seem to be quite unique... I will have to think of another way rather then joining other list...

I've never seen that before (or thought of it). That's a great idea.

    Great Share!,

I have a page asking why they have unsubscribed,
    But I like yours better.
    Maybe I'll integrate the two.

    Thanks.

Good idea, for keeping the subscribers joining another list, so you don't actually lose them
