I Need Your Feedback Plz

I know that i have been on here for awhile and also kinda new... So anyways I'm trying to impress my company... So I was thinking why not put the cover page on here and see if you guys can give some of your Great Marketing Knowledge. So any feedback in respect to the design, layout and our e-mail-responder would be greatly appreciated.

    First thing is that the picture to the right side of the screen failed to load up on my computer (might just be my issue?).

    Secondly, I'm glad to see that your opt-in box is above the fold. This dramatically helps with increasing your list.

    At the bottom of the "fold" I noticed that the site says;

    "FREE - Join Now!
    Join our community for FREE and we will immediately send you:"

    I like this idea as it lets those that read it know there is more, and it creates curiosity. The only thing is that I think it might be better served if that text were a slightly larger size.

    Also I think that maybe adding to the line in the opt-in box might be an advantage.

    I'd suggest adding something simple like;

    "See below for more information on your FREE gifts..."

    below where the site says

    "Get Your Free E-book and Weekly Tips Now!"

    Just in a smaller sized text.

    I'm sure this could be acheived without moving

    "FREE - Join Now!
    Join our community for FREE and we will immediately send you:"

    beneath the fold.

    Thanks for the help... We had a meeting with them today. They seem to like it but we want to change some things so we can get more clicks and reduce our bounce-rate...
