Info on Selling a Product

If you're buying the resale rights, then you're not really getting a "commission" when you later sell that product to someone else. You will be handling the payments and delivery, and you'll be keeping the profits. So what you need in order to sell such a product is a way to process online payments. This can be done using your own merchant account integrated with a payment gateway, or a third-party provider such as PayPal or e-Junkie. In either case, you'll receive code to put on your website, like a "Buy Now" button that, when clicked, will take the customer to PayPal's site to pay. Then once they've paid, they'll get redirected to whatever page you specify. It's pretty simple to set up. All the information you need is available on PayPal's site (or e-Junkie's, or whatever provider you choose).

As for other things that you need to set up, you'd need to create a web page or mini-site to sell the product. Presumably, the vendor will give you a pre-written sales letter, HTML template, and graphics that you can use. If not, you can make them yourself or pay someone else to do it. You would need to know how to set up a hosting account and upload the files to the server. There are tons of free tutorials and YouTube videos on how to do this stuff.

Once you've got your site and payment processing ready, it's just a matter of getting targeted traffic.
