Using ezine articles

If I find a niche then go to Ezine articles or any other article directory looking for good quality articles I can use in emails or blog posts I know I must reference the writer but do I have you use their links to products as well

    For blog posts (your websites), I'm definitely sure you have repost their links.

    For emails, I suggest you read the EZA Terms and Conditions for Publishers. I'm not too sure about this as well.

    Theoretically speaking, you must publish their links in the articles.

    But in reality, I see most people (publishers) leaving out the links and stealing the article.

    You must keep the links as it is in the article. Otherwise it is stealing. If your website is interesting enough, before they click to any article links they would click to your offers.

    Why scrap some content from a site like eza just to give your readers an article. Why not just go over to a site like tradbit and purchase an article pack related to your niche. This way you can leave out the links with out fear and you can also edit the articles as you see fit. It is by far the safer way to go but that is just me too.

    I would rather purchase an article pack then risk a lawsuit from using copyrighted content. I do not think it really matters in emails but its still better to play it safe then sorry.

      Why do people insist on trying to take short cuts? (not getting at you here, it's just a trend i hate)

      Write you own unique content with a bit of practice you'll be doing in 15 minutes, and you'll have something that will help you to be more successful than if you just are a parasitic publisher.

      Don't be tempted to remove peoples links, I know of someone who did it, he thought the nice little old lady he took it from wouldn't fine out.... It turned out that the nice little old lady was just a pseudonym and the author had friends in very low places.

      Hardly a week went by when the person who stole the content didn't have sites hacked or exceed his bandwidth.

    Thanks thats what I thought but had better check anyway.
    I dont want to get a related product in that niche ,post this really good article and have the readers click on someone elses sales page link i will do what has been suggested and get my own articles

      Hi ambalaldarji,

      Actually EZA specifically suggest you post your article to your site before giving it to them, they've even brought out a nice plugin for those using Wordpress to make this, even easier for you.

      So in actual fact it doesn't have to be unique and fresh. I only say this because with what you just said you will be hindering your own site and benefitting EZA, which would somewhat defeat the object of having written the article in the first place.

      Anyhow, that's all off topic, the question is can the OP take out the link in the article.

      Simple answer if you don't want DMCA notices and other bad things happening is - No.

    In most cases you can copy the article but MUST leave the links as they are...these are the general terms of use...these terms get updated all the time and are different from one ezine site to the next, i recommend you read the latest TOS on the site you want to take articles from.
