I gave up but now I am back

I am sure thats a familiar story to many people, glad you came back and didn't let the set backs defeat you...

It's a great business to be in once you can live on what you earn

Failure is part of the learning process. As your popularity grows,getting hacked is quite normal. You will learn what things to do to prevent getting hacked again in the same manner. Of course you must investigate every failure you encounter else you won't grow your knowledge and progress forward.

Everybody experiences set backs within business, it's just part and parcel of the game. It's those who can come back after a large set back and pick themselves back up and get back to work that end up succeeding over time.

You will always encounter problems, things that you just can't see and could not have planned for but true entrepreneurs never give up. If you want something in life you're going to have to fight hard for it, but winning the up hill battle is the best feeling in the world and you should use that feeling as motivation to keep driving you forwards even if fear is trying to drive you backwards.

Never give up just because you got disheartened by something, it’s how most people fail. In fact you can’t fail in IM, you can only give up which is what I see to many people doing daily. If IM isn’t for you then fair enough, but if it’s everything you ever wanted then don’t let a bad spell destroy your dreams.

Glad you're back. And love the example of the difference coaching is making. That's when huge strides and breakthrus are made. It's so easy to try to go it alone. But having a mentor shortcuts success and helps us avoid costly mistakes.

Thanks for the post, it's a familiar story for a lot of people in IM. It's like any career - hard and stressful at first. Once you get your break - and you WILL get your break - you'll be fine.

Hi, Lindgren. Don't give it up. I completely understand what you feel, especially about going on your normal job in order to get some money. I read your blog post and I wish you come back more powerful! I have suspended my internet job for the money too. I have been working 2 years jobs that I don't like, because I need some money. After this summer I will try to quit my other jobs and dedicate my time to online business. Keep your head up and as another member said, failures are always profitable....

Yes I think a lot of people trying their own online journey fail - too much information and mainly too many shiny objects... jumping from one thing to another, without trying one method properly.

Linda - You never failed, not once, you simply trialed and errored, you were on a journey to discover the "true knowledge" and indeed it seems you have discovered some.

Giving up forever is the losers approach, when you fail you
have to be able to look back, learn from your failures and
re-start again.

In every failure there is a lesson so, if you know why you
failed it is very easy to turn that failure into a success.

You just have to work hard to achieve what it is that you
want. Success is a process, if you never fail then it is
difficult to succeed.
