No Replies To My WSO - Have I Done Something Wrong?

Hi

So I went outside of my comfort zone and created a WSO.

Sales have been about what I was expecting, but it seems that no-one has any questions about the product and the order process must be too smooth as I have had to do any customer support.

When I look at all the other WSO's they all have replies and comments. One of the main reasons I did the WSO was to gather feedback and give myself the confidence that I can provide value for money.

Am I just getting comment envy?

I am assuming that you've had sales as you didn't mention that. Try emailing your buyers and ask them to give you their honest feedback now that they've had a chance to look over the product. Provide a link to the WSO to make it extra convenient.

I would not jump to conclusions just yet. I thought the same thing with my first WSO but I just had to give it a few days.

    Hi Andrew,

I would also like to suggest that you add a p.p.s. to your WSO to the effect of:

"If you have any comments or questions, please send me a PM or post them here."

That can often be enough to get the ball rolling.

    All the best,
    Michael

Just to caveat with Michael said - You could also add a bit more meat and mention something along the lines that you are focused on providing the best product possible with quality and value to your customers being important to you.

Then ask them for feedback and leave the link to where they can post thier questions, comments or suggestions.

Adding the personal touch may increase your feedback.

      Respectfully,
      Tim

Cool, thanks for putting my mind to rest.

Sales target was met, so hopefully when people get round to reading the content they will post a reply

Yes Andrew, I had in the past some wso with few replies: was just because people need to use your product and then will post review.
Replies like "I like your post" or "what a great post" are completely useless

      Good luck

You are right to desire feedback from your clients but when you aren't getting it, you can ask for it.

You may be surprised to realize that your product is so good that many would rush out in excitement to implement what they bought without remembering to look back and throw-in words for you.

So ask for their opinion, maybe at the checkout point.

A lot of times, customers will buy and then actually take a look at the product later...so I'd definitely give it some time, and in the meantime, take some of the other posters advice and ask for feedback!

I'm pleased to read that you are making the expected amount of sales at least, so that alone should give you a good boost of confidence....and maybe it was a smooth process, but as others have mentioned, definately ask for feedback so you can use it in future WSOs.

Congratus on getting out of your comfort zone, taking action and creating your 1st.....
