So I'm laying in bed sick today and I go to check my e-mail on my phone and I see "Icontact has banned you from sending e-mails"

I'm like really? What'd I do?

7 people who signed up complained about an offer I sent them when they were the ones who signed up in the first place!

I now have to resend 800 invites to be part of my list again, I'm gonna lose probably half if not more. So much money down the drain, I really can't believe this...

Ever happen to any of you guys?

    That's a shame for sure. Online marketing can have many trials and tragedies along the way. The best thing to do is stay positive and learn from your experiences. With 7 people complaining, there must be a reason that many didn't like your offer. Even though they may have signed up for your list, you want to make sure to treat your list as valuable as they really are by sending more quality information and keeping your offers to a minimum.

    When you resend your invites, are you allowed to send an email with a special gift offer for resigning up? Hopefully, you will indeed regain at least half...just look at the glass half full.

    Sorry to hear your story, that definitely sucks. Just 7 complaints can get your acc closed? Man, I don't know...smells fishy. Any chance some competitor set up a couple of fake accounts trying to get you nuked? At least it seems to be really easy to do that to your competition if they use iContact :confused:

    I don't know man, I just got off the phone and asked what they did with huge comapnies with 100k lists and they said the same thing, thats thousands of dollars down the drain..
