The Death of all things Dying

This week I've read that its:

  • The death of article marketing.
  • The death of niche blogs.
  • The death of product launches.
  • The death of Google
  • The death of sales copy.
This tactic is SO over used its comical. Why is everyone jumping on the "dead" wagon for everything that exists in all of IM? Give me a friggen break people. Nothing is dying! Especially sales copy. It always comes back to good copy and powerful words that convert.

I declare the death of the "death" tactic, please. It shows a huge lack of creativity and gives the sense that your product will have that same quality.

Dan's content is irregularly read by handfuls of people. Join the elite few by reading his blog: dcrBlogs.com, following him on Twitter: dcrTweets.com or reading his fiction: dcrWrites.com but NOT by Clicking Here!

Dan also writes content for hire, but you can't afford him anyway.

If the death of all dead things would actually die, then the real dead things would have new life. Which is what we all want.

I hear ya - article marketing dies every week, then it must be reincarnated because it dies again the following week.

I wonder if you did a search of 'the death of' how many responses would come up!

LOL, amusing thread . I've seen these things lately too. It's just another way that certain marketers have found to get people to open a higher percentage of emails, but I never see a trick as a way to gain loyalty.
