Are we allowed to change the formatting of the subscribe box, beyond the options they give us in the editor?

For example, suppose I want to run the subscription box horizontal instead of vertical?

    Yes of course you can.

    Just copy the html snippet (not the javascript snippet) when inserting into your page.

    You can then edit the HTML code however you like to achieve basically whatever result you like.

    Thanks Dave. I kind of thought that, but I saw a note not to edit that code, and it drives me bonkers that what should be simple code is a mile long.

      Yes, It's an extremely complicated (and repetive) code but I often tweak this slightly to get better results not offered in the WYSIWYG editor. - Never needed to change the orientation of it completely though so hopefully this goes smoothly for you.

    You can do some design customization with the Aweber generator, but it's clunky. Simple changes can also be made by modifying the html, but to get custom you need to create your own graphics and use html to embed the form within the graphics on your site.
