Need CPA Offer

Hello Warriors

I m running 2 affiliate sites for click bank and m looking for some CPA offers that I can run on my websites.
One site is going to be on first page of Google in next few days and second one is getting referring traffic. Do any one know about any CPA network that allows
1-Newbies
2-Have Zip and Email submit campaigns
3-NEVER CHEATS

I am wondering to run email and zip campaigns along click bank product to earn more....
let me know if you know any thing about it.

If you're a newbie and aren't able to generate much revenue then your best bet would be going with some of the big ones - Maxbounty, Copeac, Azoogle and the likes.
