Press Release Submission?

Hello,

I have a press release that I submitted on a website few months ago.

Can I use the exact same press release today and submit it to 20 different press release site or do I have to spin it before submission?

Thanks

Sebastian

In my opinion you have to at least change the title and make few changes to the PR so that it looks relevant today and doesn't look like a copy paste of old PR (you may not spin it just rearrange it).

    Just my opinion

You'll have to spin it. And, to be honest, when and if you do choose to spin it, it's always good to include a link from an ezinearticle you may have in your author resource footer section of your article, to give your ezinearticle some extra backlink juice, and boost SEO

If everything in the original one still applies, then yes - it's perfectly fine to submit the same one to a bunch of other press release sites. You certainly don't 'need' to spin it or alter it in any way.

It's better if you spin it a bit.

Spinning a press release? really? It is perfectly find to keep it as is and spinning it sounds unprofessional to me.

Thanks for all your answers. You all have different point of view.

I will try to change it a little bit, at least to see if I can improve the keyword and LSI keyword density.

The idea that it is NOT okay to use duplicate content on a different site, in this case a Press Release, is a myth. I will use the exact same PR on several different FREE PR sites and very much notice the benefit it provides on my site's rankings. Just don't over do it. I wouldn't post the same PR on 20 sites. Maybe 10. But yes, the idea of spinning it is also a good idea if the duplicate content issue bothers you.

The need for spinning PR or any other article is a myth perpetuated by promoters of spinning software.
