commercial image hosting

i need a reliable and cheap website that will let me host pictures on it for commercial use. photobucket has a pro account thats really cheap but they dont want it used for commercial use. i will need to upload about 400 images
and they will be used by people all over the world potentially (embedded or hotlinked)
any suggestions?

    You may want to re-think the hotlinking solution...(that's my suggestion)

    Out of curiousity: what's the point in letting them hotlinking to your server, eating up industial quantity of bandwidth? I'd like to know the business reasoning behind this concept, if you don't mind.
