We are looking for a simple php script for managing contacts
Preferably open source

Can anyone recommend us something that really works and has an easy installation process?

    I use DataManagerPro. It's an MRR product that I sell and use to manage all my data- contacts, passwords, phone numbers, JV's, addresses, etc.

    I like it and it works well. It's based on a MySQL DB on your own sever. If you want a copy PM me, I'll tighten you up. I've got an install vid on my tube channel as well that covers the install. It builds it's own DB so you don't have to go into MySQL and do it.

    You might want to try SugarCRM.

    There's a learning curve but it's pretty much the best one out there when it comes to features.

    Or if you're looking for something *really* simple then you can just have a custom one coded for you for 50 bucks or so.
