Your Team? or Your Downline?
Do you look at your enrollees in your business as members of your team? Or are they just part of your downline.
I think there is a implication about mindset here. Everyone that joins my business is an equal to me. They are members of my team. We listen to each other, we have mutual respect for one another, we help each other out.
As opposed to using the term downline, where there is just an implication of your enrollees as being inferior to you. When i spoke to other network marketers in the past who have pitched me their business, they als used the term downline. Come to find out, the businesses they all represented have either fallen apart or will fall apart soon. These guys, after learning about them a bit more, were MLM junkies and hop from one opp to the next, trying to stay ahead of their "downline" so that they can keep making money off of them. This is not a successful formula.
