Congrats but keep in mind that your efforts may just be the google dance and send you back down to the bottom again. So if you are going to start a new site make sure you continue with your efforts on the old one so to make sure it doesn drop off.

Also one thing that may be coming into effect is the age of the site.

I dont care what anyone says NEVER has there been a time where the age of your site is so important. its not like the old days.. not even like a year ago..

Your persistence I believe is what Google is after.. they want the real deals who are dedicated and are willing to be in it for the long haul.. no more one hit wonders.. hence why age is becoming uber important.. its a tool to weed out those in it for a quick buck.

Well done and hopefully everyone understands how important persistence is.

I actually have 15 more affiliate sites that i started at the very same time i started this one...I have also done the very same thing to each of these sites as i did with the first one ...LOL

Maybe Im DREAMING ! But in 60 days my other sites may start hitting the same stage as this one...LOL..we will see

Congratulations man, getting that SEO traffic and putting PPC to bed is the goal of mine right now. I try to generate LEADS and even then it's incredibly expensive to do via PPC.

Thanks For the congrats,BUT as for "putting the PPC to rest for now"..I found that once the SEO starts to kick in the traffic begins and conversions start...But with the combination of SEO And PPC i am getting Superior results versus SEO alone... Also i found with the very high price of PPC and leads and is very time consuming..Once you can begin producing a lead and still break even $$ this is when you have control...Once you are breaking even you can let the campaign run and gather valuable information...with this PPC campaign i am just now starting to make money on the PPC aspect after 6 straight months and roughly $10,000 in adwords campaigns..Remember breaking even gave me the ability to gather this much intelligence to allow me to eliminate $$$$Eating keywords... Now im at PPC Profit and SEO profit ...A very nice setting ....Kinda like being on the beach...

Well I'm in the tax relief niche which is one of the toughest around. If not THE toughest, outside of asbestos attorney? lol. Even getting 1 natural search hit a day from this niche is tough. Even the long-tails are dominated.

You are right that is a really tough niche to be in....BUT you know what man? When i started out i was HUGE into FOREX..my first 5 sites are in FOREX..Great niche BUT very tough and VERY expensive to start off in.... I quickly moved into click bank products and CPA offers ...this gave me a bigger chance of finding my soul mate of niches..now im into something completely different ...Extended Auto Warranties,,,,this dont mean i QUIT FOREX! I will pick it up later

Hopefully you have other niches you are also targeting? There is no limit to how many niche markets we can be in, and succeeding in multiple niche's could get you better results. If you are good at SEO research and are having a hard time with the tax relief niche, then use all your knowledge to go after slightly less competitive niches as well.

Congratulations on finally seeing some great results with your site, Robert! It seems like you've pretty much figured out what to do now with these sites...now go out there and build many more of them! It shouldn't be hard at all, especially given the fact that you've pretty much outsourced the entire operation.
