2 questions. This is all for market research info. Just looking for rough numbers to use as a guide.

1.) For those that are in the Yoga/Yoga Health market, can you share a rough estimate on your email open/click through/conversion rates?

2.) Can anyone share where I would go to get the best information on average open/click through/conversion rates/estimates for health related email lists?

I'm trying to compile information before I go into the Yoga market.

cheers,

ej

Why do you need to know every1 elses results? your results will vary, and the email clickthrough/conversion rate doesnt depend on the niche.

Email open rate doesnt depend on the niche, but more the title/subject of the email.

    You wally!

open rate depends on a lot of different factors. How well you sell your product / service determines your click through rate

Your open rates, click-through-rates and conversion rates
will depend upon YOUR list, YOUR style of communicating
with your list and the relevance of what YOU offer to your
    list.

That said, there are various industry benchmark figures to
give yourself a very rough guide.

For example, here's some figures from a MailChimp study
that analyzed the figures from over 570 millioin e-mails
    sent:

However, rather than focusing on the figures of other
people - I recommend focusing on getting a baseline
figure for your own list and then conducting split-tests
to continually improve your own figures.

Thank you everyone for your response. Shaun, this is exactly what I was looking for, looks like I just used the wrong wording.. I just needed a benchmark, simple research to have a discussion around.

      cheers,
