Similar system to Mturk?

I am looking for some small outsourcing sites like Mturk. I remember reading another type in a WSO a while back which I purchased but seem to have slip my mind.

Can anyone put in some suggestions to something similar. I know this is little help but the WSO had to do with something regarding people working for pennies and recommending a site like Mturk.

Anyways my main objective is to find similar sites like Mturk.. suggestions people?
