Starting the first step for beginner

Hi all, after reading alot info about IM, I have decided to try it out for a start.
I have selected article marketing and google adsense as my primary focus.
I have created a niche blog and planning to outsource the articles.

Wonder this is the correct way?
Normally how long will it take to see the results?

Cheers

It is a viable way to start out. There are too many factors involved in coming up with an answer to how long will it take. Some people get results faster than others depending on again, a variety of factors. Some people never get results.

Another user just mentioned their awful experience with article outsourcing. If you want the top quality content you need to attract visitors, you should write the articles yourself so you can ensure their quality. If you decide to outsource, make sure you find someone you can trust to consistently write articles for you. Trying to find a new person every time will become cumbersome and expensive.

It's a good plan to start. Though, if you are able, you may want to try writing your own articles, even if you decide to outsource as well.

It will give you some experience and could even save you a bit of money. Just an idea...

First, goodluck. Good start, everyone usually has an IM career that started like yours. But I would like to suggest you to write your articles yourself while you still have plenty of time available. If you want a good start, avoid outsourcing. You can do it later after building a foundation.

I would highly suggest to also start:

    1) Building a list - if you're serious in building a long-term internet business.

    2) Creating at least one product of your own - so you have the opportunity to get affiliates and JV partners promoting it.

You can take your time; the important thing is to get started and build momentum.

Very good suggestion Michael. Build your list is essential for your business and that's the foundation. However not everyone can create their product, try to use PLR material and add your expereince to it and redone the graphics.

    Hi BabyJoe!
There is really no correct way as such. The correct way is the one that works for you and brings you results. It is important to give a good and fair try to anything you start, but also be mindful of being able to track your results so that you can evaluate your success. There is no point in keep doing what is not working, as long as you have given it a fair go, and that involves evolving and adapting a strategy if it doesn't seem to be working. Consistent learning and growing is the key to success! Best of luck.

You sound like you have a plan. Everyone who has responded has given you some great advice. The only thing that I would like to add is to do something, anything. In other words, take action and stick to it until you have seen success.

Too many new people quit to soon on a project and move on to the "next great thing" (me included when I started).

      Good Luck,
      Rich
