Where do You Find Video PLR?

A lot of video PLR's have restrictions not found with article PLR's. Could anyone know of video PLR providers allow posting as web content?

      I don't know for sure on the license terms but try Niche PLR Article Packs. The site is run by Lee Dobbins (cashcow here on the forum) and she does good work.
