What to do with 50,000 job seeker leads.. let's Brainstorm!

Hey guys, I have a targeted list of 50,000 job seeker leads. What should I do with this? So far, I've been just providing content. Any creative ideas? Are there any offers that converts well with this crowd? Let's brainstorm!

Depends what type of niche is it KK? That would depend on the product creation, pricing and whole approach.

        OK Jobseekers:

        Here are some ideas

First break them down by niche

        Create membership sites
You split the different sites up by profession. then go to expert.com or a similar authority and interview them (say 10-20). There are dozens of ways this could work. Monthly yearly, one time etc.

        Create a Premium newletter/email
That not only listed jobs but also discount for them to save money.

Those are my two most likely. Instead of the traditional emails and affiliate offers. Build authority sites and emails.

Darren, I like your creative thinking

But I don't quite understand your membership idea.. when I go to expert.com, it goes to infosys.com. And do you mean interview the job seekers? Care to elaborate?

I asked a similar question a while back and got no real response. But then, I didn't ask it like you did.

The obvious is offer back-to-college programs. But that always irks me when I'm unemployed. Unemployed people are thinking "I need money! I need a job! NOW!" WEll, some do. Some have available funds and can go back to school. It just depends.

Then of course, there's the "make money from home" crowd or even MMO.

But none of these seems a really good solution either.

    Sorry!

Yeah, I've been thinking about that too. And grants and financial aid programs. Maybe even selling the leads to local staffing agencies?

The Clickbank marketplace has a whole category on "Employment & Jobs." I'm sure you'll find a lot of good offers there.

My suggestion would be to contact the vendor and ask them if they could create a special time-limited offer for your lists. And of course, don't go wild over continuous promotion. Provide helpful content and tips as well.

Hey Michael, good tip. I've been sharing pure content so far, I'll go check out Clickbank products and ask the vendor to whip up something special for my friends..

Create a guide (ebook) on how to land the job you really want.

Get a professional copywriter to write your sales copy and emails.

Send out a couple of emails to the list

    Hope that helps!

Of all the lists I can think of, "50,000 Job Seekers" would be among the least valuable, imo.
Not sure I would invest any time in working that.

There are literally thousands of relevant books on Amazon. Provide useful content and book overviews with promotions. It is against Amazon's TOS to have direct affiliate links in email promotions, so point to landing pages with product affiliate links, additional information, reviews, etc.

Hey KK, I just launched a Job Training course, in the Cable TV industry. I teach people step by step, using videos, on how to become a cable TV installer. Over 17 years, experience packed into one course. Plus, I provide direct links to Cable TV operators, job listings. Cable TV installers are in demand.

Anyway, it's on clickbank and the split for affiliates is 50/50. Let me know.

What kind of jobs are thy looking for? If they are executive level and professional services postions, you could sell the elads to head hunters (executive recruiters) and make great money.

This is something I have been asking too.You have 1,000's of job searchers no matter you have a list or not as one can been generated easily.Like you would like to take these jobseekers and make it a moneymaking venture but business use the free advertisers like kijiji, craigslist etc to advertise their job ops and jobseekers don't have funds to spend on anything they just want job offers. And if you look for job and apply you never get a response as there are so many resumes/applications.I am semi retired and am looking to start my own thing as last p/t job offer I did get was 9hrs a week what a joke. You get any ideas KK let me know as asking same question here in Canada.

Before offering advice I'd be interested to know where these 50,000 leads came from? also as mentioned above, its a tough niche as once they have found work they are effectively a dud lead! how did you build the list, and what is your open rate like?
