I installed Dreamweaver, but where is it?

So I installed Dreamweaver, but I can't find it, either in the start menu or in the Programs folder. There doesn't seem to be any trace of it on my computer. WTF

I installed it a second time, just to make sure, but that didn't help. I don't know what to do now. I have run out of ideas. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate hearing them.

Is it stored under some oddball name in the programs folder and on the start menu. If so, please let me know what that might be so I can be sure I am looking in the right place. I have looked under Adobe and Dreamweaver.

Have you tried running a search? Also make sure you can see hidden files (enable from folder options).. maybe for some reason it got hidden... Just my thoughts

Do you have an Adobe folder? If so look in there.

I don't believe it, I looked in the Adobe folder and couldn't find it. I just looked again because you said this, and I find it. I swear, I am as blind as a bat sometimes. I need a bigger monitor so I can see stuff better.

Thanks. Now I just got to get a link in my start menu or someplace.

        Use a magnifying glass.

But seriously, check your desktop for a macromedia folder. The setup.exe might be in there. In other words it might have EXTRACTED but not installed. The install takes a while.

        If you're using Windows 7, try the built in magnifier tool. I've got a 32' screen....and it's a lifesaver.

        For Vista or earlier...http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post1581742

Why waste money...when this is free and does what you need?

ok, if you've got to install the program, click on start (the bottom bar) -> All Programs, look for the Macromedia folder, even if it does not work, look in "My Computer"-> C / Program Files-> adobe . you should find here.(windows xp) waiting for your answer, I hope you find it
