I sold a product to someone who didn't get the download link (or didn't see it after the PayPal transaction).
Unfortunatley it was in the middle of the night (my time) and 12 hours later they opened a PayPal dispute. I emailed the download link straight to them and updated the PayPal resolution centre.
While they disappeared off the radar - no email back, no acknowledgement of the PayPal dispute and its resolution (and no refund request either).
I think they might have fallen into a hole somewhere...
Anyone know what I can do to close this case?
