If you are familiar with George Brown's(I think that's who it is), Google Sniper 2.0 sales page. I am really curious how he does that with his video. What I am talking about is where he is on camera, then he switches to screencast or camtasia presentation or something. I like that style and want to use it for some of my training videos. But I have no clue how to do that. I am thinking there must be some software that helps with editing? So there must be two parts or multiple parts.

1.) Camera is pointing at you, you record, then stop recording
2.) Then you do a screencast, or slideshow or what have you.
3.) Then you probably upload your video to your pc, open some editing software, then combine the two video + screencast etc.,
