My bold claim expires midnight December 9 - 2009

I've decided to give this a shot now after being on payroll for 3 years. I had a mental breakdown that year, and I'm living on government money right now.

Been Getting real life practice from the real world for a little more than a year has changed me so much, much happier and less bitter and pesimistic (about me and also other *people*). From sep 2007 I've been working part time in dogshop just to get myself going and feets wet, all with the help from a gov funded project. It's alot of fun and I get to use my hands..and mind creating quality kinds of leather leads and dog toys.

Still I've decided to part away with them on tuesday 9 dec, I couldnt get an real employeement cause of hire rental rates for the owner.

So now I'm going to try to make this full time and get out of the gov-ass.

I'm so ready now. I have studied hardcore the last 2 years, just getting things in, reading reflect and try finding nuggets here and there.

Just browsed one of those HomesForSale sites and I so-so want to get a house just outside the city near the river.

I live damn well and I'm happy but at the same time I dont have many friends cause I dont allow myself to go out-- before I have some kind of success. Also my skin is itching real bad from all these computer time.

Time to go out now, invest in myself when I get my next money and then get ready to go to war.

I'm shoting for $1 Million from dec 9 to dec 9 2009.

It will souly be outside of the "IM money" niche.

*Business Consulting, high priced
*Easy to reach large market products, low priced items
*Creative products and services, low to mid prices

Only promoting my own products and services.
Those are my three forged swords to getting a new life filled with joy and some more freedom.

Breed & liberty

And I will update a few times a month on my progress, towards my goals. Maybe 3 times. Seems
reasonable

Might be better to set yourself a more achievable goal first. Zero to $1M is a stretch for anyone.

As a matter of interest, what types of Business will you be offering consultation to and what can you offer that will command such a high fee?

It took me 31 months to go from zero to £650,000 which is
      roughly equivalent to $1m.

The one thing that most often limits potential is a lack of belief.

        I agree wholeheartedly...Belief is everything.

I took my territory from dead 0 with no representation to 1.9mill. in gross sales in 7months this yr. The key to that success was certainly belief first...(obviously a little experience has helped along the way as well)

The second thing, however, is having a game plan. You can believe you can win a football game. You may have also practiced harder then anyone else, but if you don't have a strategy. If you don't know what plays to run, and how they are set to compete against your strengths/weaknesses, you will most certainly flounder. Again...Keep up the dream, and shoot for the stars. But KNOW what you are going to do. Get a strategy (and a big pot of coffee), and rock & roll!

Also..."Think & grow rich" is a solid recommendation. You may also want to pick up some Carnegy stuff as well to help w/the sales aspects & pratical approaches. They are a couple of good places to start...

        Good luck to you...

Which is 2.58 times longer than our friend thinks he will do it in.

I asked the question because the 'plan' seems a bit vague
        and hastily prepared.

        Belief is but one element.

There is an old saying 'Shoot for the moon, and you're certain to get over the barn'.

If he only makes 3% of his goal, that's a pretty good year IMHO.

Keep aiming high, magic. And don't forget to cry all the way to the bank when you don't make it.

Good for you for having a goal and the desire to do more. If you put in the work and have the desire, you can do it. You may not make $1 mil in your first year but you can make a lot more than whatever kind of gov. assistance you're getting which I don't know what it is.

Law of financial growth dictates try going from $0 to $1 first and then from $1to $2 and then from $2 to $4...

    Then $4 to $8 and from 8 to 16...

These are small steps but each of these will actually be easy to execute... And all it takes is twenty such steps to reach from $1 to $1,000,000 so try finding/winning/earning/locating/gettingyour first dollar... Whatever you do do not get it from someone else by asking for it.

If it seems too hard to find/earn one dollar, try getting 50 cents first... that would be easier...

You can start from any amount of money you have earned/found as long as it is $1 or less... And then keep doubling it. believe me, it is really possible.,.. I follow my own advice and I am soon gonna be a millionaire (hopefully quickly)....

    All the best

I'm certainly going to have to say Lakshay hit the nail on the head. Don't get me wrong, to shoot for $1mill shows you want to hit this thing on all cylinders, and anyone can appreciate the motivation, but when you set a goal that high, there is no true way to set up a realistic plan of action to hit that dollar amount in that short a time-frame (for someone that is not di-hard experienced with an active network that he/she can already market to). Think of it this way. Would you rather aim for 1mil with no plan of attack, and hit 20k, or would you rather have a goal of 100K, knowing exactly what you need to do, and follow that plan of action step by step, and end up making 50K? Which is a better result? You seem to have the drive and intent to make some serious dough online. Find something new and unique, and run with it...

      Good luck and best wishes...

read a copy of 'think and grow rich' and 'the science of getting rich' and get on with it.
    good luck

p.s $1,000,000 isnt unrealistic within a year if you work at it all day every day

But by no means of stretch did I ever say it is totally impossibled or you will have to slave way in front of your stupid screen for eight hours a day...

Can be done, with proper planning, in just 3 hours a day... 5 days a week +5 hours spent on planning during the weekend...

Failing to plan is Planning to fail

Thanks a lot everyone of you. I'm filled with Joy and encouragement.

I didn't think this thread were going to take of like this, it had zero replies the first two hours, so I went to bed thinking I did speak too much about myself and that I had too bold claim.

        Here is my first steps:

I will start with my consulting business. I'm going to aim to consult with health businesses. And I will do all the marketing & buzz for a high fee and a % cut of new sales.

I'm going to map this all down and write a real business plan. I'm certain my idea will bring fortune to the clients who will take me on.

I'm thinking about doing a presentation for free in this health niche. And then those who like what I have to say can order my services for the high fee.

Hope this seems reasonable. Next update is going to be when I have a consulting website made and have taking on my first client.

Failure is not an option! :p
