HELP ! How to conduct a CONTEST ?

Hi Warriors,
I need some feedback and suggestion on how i can improve the contest and attract more participant
As this is my first time holding a contest , i have no idea and experience on what i'm doing now.

    Not to be harsh... but the company sponsoring your prizes is known to be one of the most annoying around and hires quite a few less than capable at English employees that spam bloggers instant messenger IDs. Anyone that will have heard of them will not enter your contest.

    I'd suggest you get a better prize (rather than pre made templates that won't really help the types of people that enter this contest) - you could even give away a small amount of cash. Also make it easier to enter - subscribing to your RSS or something. At the moment there's too much to be done (a 200+ word review) for too little, meaning that your contest likely won't be featured on a blog that will send enough traffic to matter.
