Does this kind of autoresponder exist?

Hi folks,

Is there an autoresponder that can do list exclusion on follow-up messages?

Ideally what we want to do is something like the following:

Customers of Product-A become members of List-A with an ongoing predefined sequence of emails. Some of those emails may advertise offers for other products... BUT... we don't want exisiting customers of those other products receiving those promo emails. So for example, if List-A included emails about Product-B, existing Product-B owners (who are of course on List-B) would not get those messages.

In other words, a message on List-A specifically about Product-B would exclude members of List-B for that particular message ...after that the sequence resumes as normal.

Aweber and iContact do list exclusion on broadcasts but not follow-ups... but to me this seems a major oversight given the above scenario.

Is there an autoresponder service out there which can do this?

Or... do you have to go as far as full-blown (more expensive and elaborate) systems like InfusionSoft/OfficeAutopilot to get this kind of simple function?

Looking forward to (hopefully!) some good news on this!

All the best, Michael

I typically use niche lists and use list automation to dump them to my master list as well. So in that way I can separate promos with a certain target market. I use eReponder and it does that. I've used Aweber and it has that function as well. I'm never seen exclusion before. I know that it is possible to do it if you have your own autoresponder server that can be customized.
