FREE about Facebook fanpage changes w iframes look

Lady name Jo Barns made a FREE site to teach people about the Facebook iframe changes. Has freebies and generators and everything no email signup. She just from what I HAVE SEEN GAVE it away.

I have no association with her other than i was on her list. From what I have seen it will really help new people and current people catchup and keep up with the march changes.

    this is fantastic, I've been having all sorts of problems with my FBML pages
    the OLD facebook fbml pages produce this ugly as icon... like on this page: Raving Rabbids | Facebook
    still trying to find a way around it, might just try iframes altogether instead
