Aquired Articles for Submission and Syndication for Noob(s)

I have some questions about article submission and publishing that I can't seem to find.

I own a blog and I write high quality articles , I also employ three other high quality writers by paying them a small fee per article and some revenue sharing. I've recently come to understand the need for back links and I was wanting to know a strategy for using our content to submit to article directories. I already know I can create my own account and do this myself but what about my other writer's? Do I have to create accounts for them too? Or is there a way to submit thier articles through one account. I can't expect them all to do this because its a lot of extra work and more directly benefits the site.

I think I finally understand what "Syndicated Content" is as far as republishing is concerned but it get's a little more confusing when you talk about content that a publisher (me) has purchased for article submission. I don't want to take credit, I just want the link juice for my site.

Any insight will be greatly appreciate!

I apologize if I missed a thread and please BUMP if there is a thread where I can find these answers.

  • From my understanding you can submit multiple articles on Ezine articles from the one account on the same subject and use different pen names for each article/author
