Aquired Articles for Submission and Syndication for Noob(s)

I have some questions about article submission and publishing that I can't seem to find.

I own a blog and I write high quality articles , I also employ three other high quality writers by paying them a small fee per article and some revenue sharing. I've recently come to understand the need for back links and I was wanting to know a strategy for using our content to submit to article directories. I already know I can create my own account and do this myself but what about my other writer's? Do I have to create accounts for them too? Or is there a way to submit thier articles through one account. I can't expect them all to do this because its a lot of extra work and more directly benefits the site.

I think I finally understand what "Syndicated Content" is as far as republishing is concerned but it get's a little more confusing when you talk about content that a publisher (me) has purchased for article submission. I don't want to take credit, I just want the link juice for my site.

Any insight will be greatly appreciate!

I apologize if I missed a thread and please BUMP if there is a thread where I can find these answers.

From my understanding you can submit multiple articles on Ezine articles from the one account on the same subject and use different pen names for each article/author

You can indeed. This is normal.

What you can't do is have more than one account.

        It's all on this page - see paragraph 2, sub-paragraph (d).

Go there and look for yourself?

In the time it took you to type that you surely could have typed ezinearticles.com and pressed enter. :p

Besides, if you plan to submit there, you are going to want to read the TOS anyways.

People often do that, fail to find it (because - to be fair - it isn't where one would expect it to be!) and request a link to it.

Not unreasonable, surely? Much better than asking others "what the rule is" and clearly expressing the desire to read the original?

Exactly the problem, Doug: it isn't in the terms of service. EZA are a bit "naughty" this way: they announce many important and significant things in places where one wouldn't know to look for them (such as major rule-changes announced on their blog only).

            True true.

I knew where to look simply because I made sure to read up as much as I could on the site about it considering part of my business relies on the site to work.

I can understand how someone else might easily miss it as it is in "Editorial Guidelines" instead of "Author TOS."

Goes to show that is is just as easy to be an ass as it is to just pull up the link and be helpful.
