Photoshop expert! Need help renaming files in a Batch

Hi Warriors!

I am working in photoshop and I'm doing a batch to resize images. I want to add sm after the file name of each image.... so, if the file was originally called "mypic.jpg" after the batch it would be resized and called "mypicsm.jpg". I just can't get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

  • I've used a separate free software program for renaming most all my file types including batch files in .psd format.

    ReNamer download and reviews from SnapFiles

    Hope this is helpful.

    • Download a free trial of Adobe Lightroom. It will do everything Photoshop does plus more. Then you can rename the entire batch whatever you like.
