There is a lot of manuals, softwares, videos, trainings, models etc. that shows you how to build niche sites and earn money online.

I can just name some of them:

Haven't used any of them.

They all sound like they do essentially the same thing.

Personally, I'd pick up market samurai and get to writing.

  You'll probably hate this answer, but your success is much more likely to depend on how much effort and focus you have than which method you pursue since they're all relatively similar at the end of the day.
  
  I would buy one and master it while pretending the others don't exist. Once you're successful, branch out and learn more.

  Yeah market samurai is fantastic I also bought it.
  
  However if you are new to IM then Google sniper 2.0 will teach you what to do and how to go about it I have found it one of the best programs yet.

Which one is best is entirely up to you.

Just pick one and work wth it. Try it out. Tweak as necessary.

Just take action. Pick one. If it doesn't work then apply another method.

They are all pretty much the same.
