How to create killer facebook ads?

Finally, i have decided to jump into facebook marketing. I need to create 20,30 ads for testing purposes. But how to create these ads? I am totally new to the niche. I can write whatever crosses my mind. But thats not how i want to operate here.

Like we got spyfu tool, which tells you, what pps ads are working in your niche. It make work little easier.

Is there any spy tool for facebook ads? How do you guys come up with your ads?
