When converting a site to wordpress, is there a way to.......

keep the url of all your inner pages the same? With so many pages indexed by Google already, I wouldn't want the actual url to change.

    Yes there is.

    Depending on your hosting company, you should look at 301 redirects. You'll need to talk to the hosting company though as set-ups differ.

    converting from what? There are several ways, worst case scenario you need to manually edit each post and edit the links so it matches the old site.

      That's what I was thinking. Update the permalink structure first, then edit names of posts/pages to what they were on old site. But I'm not sure given your situation...
