One Of My Affiliate Marketing Tricks

One of the toughest problems facing affiliate
marketers is finding new products to promote
to their blog readers and ezine subscribers.

One of my tricks is to set up Google Alerts for
my niche keyword plus a couple of specific
phrases.

"Has just announced"
"Has just launched"
"Announced a new"
"Launched a new"

For example:
"fly fishing reel"+"Launched a new range"

It costs nothing to set up, only takes a few
minutes and, depending on your niche, you
could get new alerts every day.

Feel free to add your own suggestions for
search terms to add to the list.

      It's not an infallible system. But it's a lot easier
      to skim through a few email alerts to find the
      hot new products than skimming through lots of
      press releases, blogs, etc.

      In my experience some niche markets seem to
      have their own style/language. If you get to know
      your niche well enough, you should be able to
      refine the search terms for accuracy over time.

      Good suggestions. But, it's worth pointing out that
      phrases with 3 or more keywords will tend to
      generate more relevant results. The broader the
      search term the more alerts you'll have to review.

      I like these and I think that it would be very good to use these on Google alerts to get more affiliate cash. Usually it is very tough to find products to promote after you have been going at it.

    Google Alerts can be used in so many great ways, I love tracking niche blogs with it and instantly hammering out a comment on new posts that gets into the first few spots.
